Service terms & privacy
CRM Card Migration Desk is a service description used by Corbin Vachal, Nebraska, United States. It is independent of HubSpot. References to HubSpot identify the platform being serviced and do not imply partnership or certification.
Checkout, inquiries and start
The public Stripe Checkout purchases the $750 source review described below. No email thread is required before payment. After payment we verify the payment record, customer fit, delivery capacity and complete sanitized inputs, then confirm the start date and delivery deadline in writing. If we cannot accept the review or capacity is unavailable, we refund the payment before starting work. Free fit checks do not create a paid order. We do not offer implementation services.
Source review
Prices are in US dollars; applicable tax is displayed in Stripe Checkout before payment. The listed $750 review covers up to two legacy CRM cards in one app, from complete sanitized inputs accepted for review. It produces an inventory, compatibility findings, unresolved questions, test requirements, and a prioritized technical handoff for your own developer or a no-fit result. It does not include live-portal verification, source implementation, security certification, or a guarantee of compatibility. Delivery is within two business days after payment is verified, complete sanitized inputs are accepted, and we confirm the start. One correction round for material review errors is included for seven days after delivery.
Review only—not implementation
The review is a standalone one-time purchase. We do not offer implementation, deployment, live-portal testing, production troubleshooting or HubSpot platform recovery. Your own qualified maintainer is responsible for any build and live verification. There is no new implementation-credit offer, subscription or renewal. This change does not remove obligations under an order already accepted in writing.
Cancellation, correction, and refunds
Before work starts, an accepted order may be cancelled for a refund of amounts paid. After work starts, cancellation is settled against completed work accepted under the written order; unearned amounts are returned. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will offer a revised scope only with the customer’s agreement or refund the undelivered portion. For a material defect, notify us within seven days of delivery so we can correct it or refund the affected deliverable. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law. The source review is paid through the public Stripe link. Before work starts, we can refund an out-of-scope order rather than change its scope without agreement. Submitting a free fit check does not take payment.
Customer information and AI-assisted work
Work uses AI tools for research, analysis and review. We do not execute customer code, make implementation changes or operate customer portals. Before sharing confidential material, the customer must approve the specific access, data-handling arrangement, and use of any tools or providers involved. Do not send passwords, tokens, API keys, customer records, or confidential source code in an initial inquiry. We do not ask for shared owner passwords.
The initial offline review accepts only minimal sanitized JSON definitions, synthetic payloads and behavior notes. The customer must authorize sharing and approve OpenAI tools for analysis and independent AI-assisted review, Gmail for correspondence and delivery, and the operator’s private ChatGPT work records for this material. We inspect files without executing them, following embedded instructions or fetching embedded URLs. Do not send confidential inputs or production access; they are outside this review. Website privacy
The scope selector and free fit-check email composer process your entries in your browser. The composer prepares a draft; it does not send, upload or store your request on this website. You choose whether to send the draft from your own email account to hello@crmmigrationdesk.com. We receive your email address and whatever details you include when you send it. We use those details to review your request and respond. Preparing or sending a fit-check email does not take payment or begin a paid review. Do not include source files, credentials, customer records or confidential information. Paid source inputs follow the separate consent and email process in the intake checklist.
The homepage no longer loads an embedded HighLevel/LeadConnector form. Preparing a draft does not create a CRM submission or contact. When you send email, your email provider and our email-routing and mailbox providers process that message. We have not configured a Facebook advertising pixel. The website's campaign link-attribution logic uses no cookies or browser storage; the separate page-measurement opt-out described below stores only an explicit preference. Recognized non-personal campaign labels in links may be carried between pages and passed to Stripe Checkout to help reconcile purchases with a campaign; they do not measure total visits or automatically identify inquiries. The hosting provider may process ordinary request logs. Stripe processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy notice. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives ordinary browser request data.
Privacy-focused page measurement
Privacy measurement notice introduced September 11, 2026. The current service scope above is effective September 18, 2026. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page views, visits, referring sites and page performance. It does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting to identify visitors. It does not give us individual visitor identities, campaign query strings, CTA clicks or form contents. Measurements may be incomplete, sampled or include unrecognized automated traffic. We exclude the internal measurement-check path and known bots from our growth reports.
Our own loader respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also opt this browser out of page measurement. That choice stores only an opt-out flag in this browser, when storage is available; it is not a visitor identifier. Clearing browser storage clears this choice. Business inquiries are handled through the project mailbox, hello@crmmigrationdesk.com. We use inquiry details only to assess and provide the requested service, maintain order records, and handle support. Inquiry-only records are reviewed for deletion after 90 days; records required for existing orders, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations may be retained longer. Contact the same address for access, correction, deletion, or to stop marketing contact. We do not sell inquiry details.
